To provide guidance and resources that equip and motivate minoritized women in the persuit of career fulfillment. A.R.K Builders is dedicated to empowering women with training and development solutions that prepare them to pursue a fulfilling career path. Our innovative programs provide a knowledge base from which they can draw inspiration, develop strategies and cultivate synergies, to achieve a successful and purposeful work/life balance.

Vision

To narrow equity gaps, caused by systemic and structural inequities for women. Particularly those from underserved, racial, socioeconomic and  minoritized groups.
